How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our online booking system by clicking the "Book Appointment" button, or send us a message on Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.
What is BIAB and how is it different from gel nails?
BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) is a stronger gel formula that adds structure and strength to natural nails, helping them grow longer without breaking. Regular gel polish is a softer, flexible colour layer applied over the nail. BIAB offers more durability and is perfect for weaker or shorter nails.
How long do appointments typically last?
It depends on the treatment. Nail appointments range from 45–90 minutes, lash lifts take about 60 minutes, facials around 60 minutes, and waxing varies by area. You'll see the exact duration when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or amount. They make the perfect present for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because. Contact us to order one.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! We have space for two clients at a time. You can book simultaneous appointments — just mention it when booking or drop us a message.
What should I do before my appointment?
Just arrive with clean, product-free nails or skin (depending on your treatment). If you're having a lash lift, avoid getting your lashes wet for 24 hours beforehand. For facials, come with a clean face and no makeup if possible.
